Proč právě tento kurz?
I have a strong interest in psychology and thought that this course could help me better understand my colleagues and the students that I teach, and improve my everyday interaction with them.
Co mi tento kurz přinesl?
By the end of the course I had a better understanding of people in an emotional sense. I learnt ways to view others opinions and ideas, some techniques for conflict resolution, and how to separate fact from emotion.
Co jsme dělali jednotlivé dny?
1. den: Introduction to the academy, the course, and Rome by the director. Get to know you activities, and how to change your perspective practical exercise.

Nové nástroje, které využiji ve výuce:
I will use the theory about conflict and emotions to help deal with situations that arise in the classroom or difference of opinion with my colleagues.
Osobní reflexe:
I gained a lot of information and understanding about myself and others from this course. Unfortunately, it wasn't organised as well as other Erasmus courses I had been on. I feel the course was put together at the last minute and no resources were offered at the end of the course. It was advertised there were cultural trips available, but in the end the participants needed to arrange them themselves.
